All requests submitted online will be answered within 24-48 hours.
The type of service you are receiving will determine when your project will be complete. Typical turnaround for your project is 7 business days except for web design, custom paintings and drawings.
To make revisions, please contact your designer directly. Revisions are subject to fees based on complexity.
Yes. We can print and ship your product to you.
For smaller projects, next day or 2-3 business day shipping is available. For larger projects, please allow for 7-10 business days for shipping.
Escape & Paint
Escape & Paint sessions can be booked on our Escape & Paint page.
There you will be able to choose your date, time, location, painting, and pay online.
The cost of the class is $30 per person for a 2-hour session.
Escape & Paint sessions held at Kung Pao Bistro will include one alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink in cost.
Ideally you should arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your session so you and your party can get settled in.
No. You will be provided with a pre-sketched canvas at the start of your session.
You are encouraged to wear something that you are comfortable in. We supply aprons for protection against the water-based acrylic paint that we use. These paints become water-resistant when they dry.
Unfortunately, no guests who are not painting may attend the session due to limited space.
By law, the legal drinking age in California is 21 years old. Therefore, all guests must be at least 15 years of age to attend a session at Escape and Paint locations and 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. All guest 15-20 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Escape and Paint sessions can be booked for children parties (6-12 years old), teenagers and adults. Call us at (213) 935 - 8222 for more information.
AvelaDesign, Studio 7.9 DOES NOT condone underage drinking. The artist does have the right to dismiss you and/or your party from a session if you are causing disruption, you will not be reimbursed.
For a private party we must have a guarantee of 10 guests or a minimum of $500. We can host private parties for your events providing you have an appropriate venue. We will need 10 days notice if you have to cancel your event to receive a full refund.
To cancel please email firstname.lastname@example.org 72 hours before your reservation to receive a full refund. If choose to cancel your reservation after 72 hours, you will be responsible for the full amount of your session.
To change your reservation, please email email@example.com with your request. You are able to change a reservation based on availability. However, your request is not guaranteed.
Our online system allows us to accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We are currently only accepting payments via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal, you may use your credit/debit card to pay for your reservation through PayPal by selecting the Credit/Debit Card option on the payment screen.
